What's included in every 605 Tower suite, plus the services you can add to your stay. We're a 14-suite vacation rental in Cabo San Lucas downtown — no all-inclusive package, just a private residence with what you need to live the city, not just visit it.
Rooftop Pool with Panoramic Views
Our private rooftop pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, exclusively for 605 Tower guests. Loungers, panoramic views over downtown Cabo and the Marina, no glass / speakers / coolers, and children under 12 supervised at all times. There's no pool bar — bring your own drinks.

High-Speed WiFi (~700 Mbps)
Free fiber internet across every suite and common area, with the same building-wide password handed at check-in. Average download speed is approximately 700 Mbps — fast enough for streaming, video calls, and remote work.
Individual Air Conditioning
Each suite has its own A/C control. Set the temperature you want, when you want — no shared system, no waiting on building staff.
Full Kitchen in Every Suite
Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen: oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Pots, pans, knives, plates, glasses, and utensils for the maximum guest count. Cook your own meals or store leftovers from Cabo's best restaurants — your call.
65-inch Smart TV
A 65-inch Smart TV in every suite, ready for Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and other streaming services. Sign in with your own accounts or use the built-in apps — connected to the same fast WiFi.
Free Covered Parking
Secure covered parking included with every reservation, one space per suite. Spaces are assigned on arrival — let us know your vehicle details ahead of time if you want to confirm a specific spot.
In-Suite Safe
A personal safe in every suite, large enough for a laptop, passports, cash, and valuables. Lock it with your own numeric code when you head out for the day.
Elevator to All Floors
A passenger elevator serves every floor of 605 Tower, available 24/7. Wheelchair-accessible, easy access with luggage and groceries.

What's Not Included
We're a boutique vacation rental, not a full resort. Here's what 605 Tower doesn't offer, so there are no surprises:
- No on-site gym (several gyms within walking distance in downtown Cabo)
- No direct beach access (Médano Beach is a 15-18 minute walk or 5-minute drive)
- No on-site restaurant (popular restaurants on every nearby block)
- No 24/7 front desk (self check-in with a unique numeric code; concierge by WhatsApp)
- No spa or wellness center
- No pool bar (bring your own drinks for the rooftop)
